How to serve chicken 65
Chicken 65 is quick snack and it can be easily prepared at home. kids love this crispy dish. After frying the chicken it can be served along with lemon wedges and sliced onion.
To prepare this chicken 65, I did not used curd instead lemon juice is added.
Eggs are also not added because smell will be coming if chicken 65 fried pieces cools down.
Ingredients for chicken 65
- Chicken boneless pieces - 250 grams
- lemon - 1/2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Besan flour - 1 tsp
- Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves and curry leaves thinly sliced
- salt and oil
How to make chicken 65
Wash
clean the chicken pieces with 1 tsp of turmeric powder in water and drain water completely from chicken pieces.
Marination
Initially marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, salt , turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, sliced coriander leaves and curry leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
After mixing, add besan flour and rice flour for binding. Don't add more flour
Don't add water while mixing. masala will not stick to chicken pieces.
Allow the chicken pieces to marinate for 1 hour
How to fry chicken 65
Heat oil in medium flame. Once oil is heated, add chicken pieces one by one and fry them.
Serve with lemon wedges and sliced onion.
